How Did The Journey Began?
The Winton and Waits brand was started by designer and entrepreneur Jenna LeBlanc. One of her many gifts and first loves is the ability to create an aesthetic that is welcoming and inspiring. We hear almost daily from those who enter our retail space that the careful arrangement and curation of the space is not only beautiful but life-giving, but ushers in a warm feeling that is hard to replicate. Jenna has taken that same thoughtful curation into her exciting venture in hospitality, The Modern Nomads Property Group.
Previously known on social media as Stay With Winton and Waits, Jenna began with a single property, launched in 2020. With careful attention to detail, Jenna created a unique, artful setting full of vintage found objects mixed with modern touches and her signature bohemian vibe. Visitors were soon enraptured by this Instagram-worthy space: “Everything about this property was perfection,” said one guest. “This is hands down the best experience I have ever had in a vacation rental - the aesthetic, the amenities, the ambiance exceeded my expectations!” wrote another.
What’s The Next Adventure?
Partnering with her builder husband, Ty, the two quickly expanded, offering another DFW bungalow and two (soon to be three) properties on Lake Granbury that range from a renovated school bus for a modern “glamping” experience to a sprawling lake house perfect for a group retreat, multi-generational stay, or bachelorette weekend. As each property is added to the The Modern Nomads Property Group portfolio, Jenna has chosen every detail with intention, creating a welcoming experience that reflects the heart of the Winton and Waits lifestyle brand. As a part of this brand family, Stay With Modern Nomads is committed to celebrating beauty in human stories and spaces.
